Parking
A limited number of parking spaces are available in the courtyard of our guesthouse.
We are happy to reserve a parking space for you at a rate of €5.00 per day.
For guests travelling with electric vehicles, an EV charging station is available at the property.
Arrival
Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-in is possible until 6:00 pm.
If you are arriving later, we can offer you a flexible and convenient self check-in via our key safe by prior arrangement.

Our cosy holiday apartment is located on the top floor of Gästehaus Mönchshof in the historic wine village of Sommerhausen, just a few minutes from Würzburg. It is the perfect accommodation for couples, families, and cyclists looking to explore the Franconian wine region and the scenic Main Cycle Path.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a sofa bed for two additional guests. The bright living area includes a cosy seating area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen – perfect for a relaxing self-catering stay.
A modern bathroom with shower and toilet provides additional comfort. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
For guests travelling with electric vehicles, an EV charging station is available at the property.

During the summer months, our cosy wine arbor invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the special atmosphere with a glass of Franconian wine and let the day come to a peaceful end.
A special highlight of our guesthouse is our lovingly renovated historic vaulted cellar. Here you will find a well-stocked drinks refrigerator with selected wines from Sommerhausen, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water. It is the perfect place to enjoy the evening in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.

Check-in is available daily from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
If you are arriving later, this is of course possible by prior arrangement. Thanks to our key safe, you can also check in conveniently and flexibly outside of regular arrival times.

Booking Information
Prices and Stay
Our stated prices are seasonal and may vary depending on the period of stay and availability.
Your booked room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.
Payment
You can conveniently pay your invoice on site either in cash or by EC card.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to take your trip, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation possible

7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price will be charged

Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price will be charged
In the event of a no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge for services that were booked but not used.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Important Information
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in our entire guesthouse.
In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of €25.00.
