Pomace brandy

When the sun-drenched Franconian grapes from the Domina vineyard are pressed, the residue remaining is called pomace. Still rich in grape juice and aromas, this pomace is fermented. After gentle distillation and at least three years of aging, we obtain our pomace brandy.
