Rubinette and Quince brandies

Fruit brandy typically consists of apples and pears and does not contain plums, as is the case elsewhere. In this instance, we have created an exceptional combination of the flavorful Rubinette apple variety and the delicate quince.

Apples and quinces from Sommerhausen are mashed separately and distilled very gently. Only after distillation and aging are the two distillates carefully blended and adjusted to an alcohol content of 40% ABV – and the fruit brandy is born!
